Grease Filter Exchange Services
At FilterShine New England, we specialize in professional
grease filter exchange services using only high-quality, stainless-steel baffle filters. Our program ensures your commercial kitchen stays compliant, fire-safe, and operating at peak airflow efficiency—all without you or your staff ever having to handle a dirty filter.
Premium Filters. Professional Service.
We do things differently. While other providers may use aluminum or lower-grade filters, we use only durable stainless-steel filters for maximum fire resistance, longevity, and performance. Each filter in our exchange program is:
High-efficiency and commercial-grade
Regularly cleaned in our off-site, state-of-the-art facility
Carefully maintained and inspected for damage
Repaired as needed—or permanently removed from circulation if compromised
No aluminum. No galvanized steel. No second-hand filters from other locations.
Two Dedicated Sets Just for You
Each customer in our exchange program receives two full sets of designated filters. That means your system is never using filters that have been rotated between different kitchens. One set stays in use, while the other is professionally cleaned and prepped for the next service.

- Initial Setup: At your first service, our technician installs a complete set of stainless-steel filters and stores your original filters on-site (cleaning them beforehand is recommended).
- Ongoing Exchanges: At each visit, we remove the used filters, install your dedicated clean set, and transport the dirty filters back to our facility for deep cleaning and inspection.
- Safety First: If your filters are found to be accumulating grease too quickly, we’ll notify you and recommend adjusting your exchange frequency to reduce fire risk.
- After-Hours Access: To minimize disruption, many of our customers provide a key or access code for seamless service outside operating hours.
Flexible Exchange Frequencies
We offer filter exchanges on a schedule that fits your kitchen’s needs. The most common frequency is every 4 weeks, but we also offer:
